All geared up, the guides led you thru a forest path sharing local uses of the plants seen along the forest trail. at the caves entrance, the guide shares information as to the seven caves layout, kayaking equipment familiarization and kayak route. here you will notice awesome large cave entrances with a crystal clear river flowing thru it. as you paddle you will go thru a series of caves, see many formations. the guide will show you places to stop and rest and enjoy a refreshing swim. the paddling continues thru the caves systems until you arrive at the exit where the sunlight glitters on the water, and the birds can be heard singing on the river bank. here we store our gear, use the facilities and prepare for the return drive home.

Starting the day moving is priceless. Turn off your mind for a while and connect with your body through a yoga practice in the middle of the water. We will start the day by paddle boarding or kayaking to a floating platform in the turquoise waters of Laguna Bacalar where, through meditation and breathing techniques, we will start our yoga session. The peace of the morning, the paradise background and the fluidity of the water will inspire you to move lightly and freely, allowing you to disconnect for a moment from the mental noise and connect through the body with the present moment. 9 am : Our guide will meet you at your hotel in Hoi An. You will stop by a fisherman-owned cafe on the island. There you will be able to enjoy a cold drink and take a basket boat ride with him to see the water coconut palm forest, creating an unforgettable memory. Not only are the views superb, you are likely to have all the beautiful countryside to yourselves. The scenery and nature will change with the seasons and offers some great fun riding every single time. You will then get on a local ferry and cross the river to Hoi An mainland, and continue riding to Thanh Ha pottery village, where you will have the opportunity to meet the locals and learn about local traditional crafts. Have home cooked meal for lunch with a local family in the village. In the afternoon, we will cycle and see even more countryside before doing one - hour yoga at local place before we cycle back to your hotel in Hoi an. Tour ends around 3 :00pm.
